CHICKEN LIVER POLYNESIAN | |
1 lb. chicken livers 1 green pepper 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1 pkg. Equal 1/2 c. crushed pineapple & juice 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. prepared mustard In non-stick skillet, cook livers and green peppers; divide into 2 small casseroles. Combine pineapple, soy sauce, onion flakes, mustard and Equal; pour evenly over chicken livers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
