SISTER'S CORN BREAD DRESSING 
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Make according to directions, cool and crumble on cookie sheet. Let it sit on counter a while until dry. A few hours or day before.

In food processor or by hand chop:

1 whole onion
2 ribs celery
1 apple

Put cornbread and chopped veggies in large bowl, add:

1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, melted
2 undiluted cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans Swanson's chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning or sage & pepper

In 9"x13" greased pan bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
