SAUSAGE CORN BREAD DRESSING 
4 c. crumbled cornbread
1/2 lb. regular sausage, crumbled & sauteed to brown stage
4 c. seasoned croutons
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. sage and/or poultry seasoning (or more to taste)
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. butter
1 can condensed milk
1 egg
Broth from hen, or cup of chicken broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter. Combine with sausage and rest of ingredients and moisten to desired consistency with water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or stuff and bake hen.
