CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
Southern corn bread crumble 6 cups
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. poultry seasonings
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook celery and onion in chicken broth for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix eggs, seasonings, salt, vegetable with broth and corn bread. Use to stuff an 8 pound turkey or bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
