DILLED POTATO SALAD WITH PEAS 
3 lbs. sm. red new potatoes
1 (11 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/4 c. green onion slices
1 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. lite mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 or 2 tbsp. snipped fresh dill OR 2 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash new potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices and cook in large saucepan with boiling water to cover. Boil gently 10 minutes. Drain and cool. Cook peas 2 minutes in boiling water. Drain and cool. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, dill, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Combine with potatoes, peas and onion slices. Toss gently. Chill 1 to 3 hours before serving. Makes 10 servings.
