DILL POTATO SALAD 
1 c. dill relish
1/2 c. chopped olives
2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash original
4 hard boiled eggs
Pepper to taste
Pinch of salt
1 sm. onion, chopped
Mayonnaise
Paprika
Chopped parsley, dried

Cut potatoes in bite size cubes. Boil until soft, not mushy. Drain water, set aside until cool. Mix potatoes, dill relish, Mrs. Dash, chopped eggs, olives, pepper, sugar, onions, mayonnaise, parsley, paprika. Put in serving bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate.

This potato salad is better made hours ahead so the flavors will have time to go through it.
