DILL PICKLE POTATO SALAD 
6 good sized potatoes, peeled and diced

Cook without salt, covered with water. While potatoes are cooking, dice one small onion. Saute in 1 tablespoon bacon drippings or butter. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Blend and add to potatoes when almost cooked. Add 2 sliced dill pickles to potatoes. Add enough pickle juice to flavor as desired. Good served with sausage, or wieners.
