PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
3 tbsp. pineapple juice

Drain pineapple. Reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine juice with sugar and flour. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Put in 1 quart casserole dish. To with crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
