SUPER POTATO SOUP 
Such a quick process, you'll fix it often.

3 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Instant mashed potatoes for 5 servings
4 slices process Swiss cheese, cut in thin strips (3 or 4 oz.)

In a saucepan combine water, milk, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and stir in potato granules and cheese. Heat, stirring, until the cheese melts. Season to taste. Top with snipped chives before serving. Makes 5 servings.
