SUPER BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onions
3 tbsp. flour
4 c. whole milk
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded American cheese

Cook broccoli 3 minutes, put in a blender to chop fine and strain off any liquid. In saucepan, melt butter. Add onions, stir and add flour. Blend and add whole milk (skinny people can use half and half) and stir until thick. Add broccoli, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cheese. Heat until cheese melts and serve.
