SUSAN'S SUPER SOUP 
4 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped cabbage
2 sliced carrots
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 chopped onion
2 (1 lb.) cans green beans, kitchen sliced

Dissolve beef cubes in water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until fork tender (3 hours minimum). Cooking longer (4 or 5 hours total) improves flavor.
