SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter (softened)

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (melted)

Combine all 6 casserole ingredients until smooth and pour into buttered casserole dish.

Prepare topping by combining brown sugar, nuts, flour and butter. Crumble over casserole. Bake uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
