FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (drained)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 c. pecans (chopped)

Chill whipping cream until almost stiff, beat in sugar. Fold in drained fruits and pecans. Freeze in an 8 inch square pan. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf.
