SHORTCUT FROZEN SALAD 
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. can (2 c.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Prepare pudding as package directions. Blend in Cool Whip, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into Bundt pan and freeze. Set in warm water few seconds to unmold. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
