GRANDMA'S FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
16 whole marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 bananas, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened with 3 tbsp. sugar
6 additional marshmallows, cut into quarters

Steam the 16 marshmallows and the pineapple together until marshmallows are melted. Cool until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise and whipping cream. Add the fruit cocktail and bananas and the 6 quartered marshmallows. Pour into dish (I use 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch). Cover and freeze overnight. Thaw approximately 1 hour prior to serving.
