MEXICAN ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. cream cheese (leave out to soften)
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. of shredded ham
Large size flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor except for tortillas. Spread filling on tortillas. Roll them up. Chill for several hours. Slice and serve.
