TUNA EGG PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 can tuna
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until lightly brown and set. Serve hot. Optional: You can add peas or chopped green beans.
