PLAIN FRIED RICE 
4 carrots, diced
2 green peppers, diced
Scallions, chopped
Soy sauce
1 lb. rice
2 onions, chopped sm.
Thyme, celery, chopped
Rice (brown)
Celery salt, oregano, Chinese Vet Sin seasoning

Boil rice: Drain, rest in refrigerator until cold. In large bowl color rice with soy sauce. Hot oil in skillet, add carrots and stir. When half cooked, add onion, scallion, thyme and celery. Stir, then add seasonings to taste, add rice and stir, add green peppers. Stir and serve.
