SHRIMP FRIED RICE WITH OKRA 
6 slices bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4-6 c. sliced okra
1 lb. shrimp
3 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. soy sauce (more if desired)
Seafood seasoning (to taste)

Cut up bacon and place in frying pan with onion, pepper and okra. Fry approximately 10 minutes. (Add butter or oil if needed), stirring frequently. Add shrimp, rice, soy sauce and seafood seasoning. Stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve. May substitute ham for shrimp.
