SALMON FRIED RICE (OR HALIBUT, ROCKFISH, SHRIMP, CRAB, ETC.) | |
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped 1 c. green pepper, coarsely chopped 1 c. celery, coarsely chopped 1 c. onions, coarsely chopped Saute vegetables in bacon grease after bacon is fried crisp. Add 2 to 4 cups cooked rice, stir until blended with vegetables, bacon and grease. Add soy sauce to taste. Gently stir in 1 to 2 cups cooked, leftover salmon chunks (skinned and boned). |
