STEWED TOMATO SHRIMP OVER RICE 
2 c. lg. shrimp
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cilantro
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. brown sugar

Saute shrimp in butter with oregano, cilantro and garlic powder. Then bring together the rest of the ingredients. Saute the shrimp and other ingredients for about 5 minutes and then the remainder of food for 10 minutes on medium heat. Total cooking time is 15 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
