STEWED TOMATOES WITH BEEF AND
RICE
 
1 1/2 c. of cooked rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 med. size onion
1/2 sm. green pepper
16 oz. ground chuck
Dash of oregano
Dash of basil
Mrs. Dash for taste

Blend stewed tomatoes, onions, green peppers and seasonings. Cook on a low- medium heat for about 10 minutes. Cook ground chuck, drain off all excess grease. Stir cooked meat into vegetables and seasoning on low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place meat and vegetables mixture over steamed rice. Serve. 2 servings.
