SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. cooked shrimp, halved
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. cooked rice
1 c. bean sprouts, drained
3 tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. sliced canned mushrooms
1/4 c. green peppers
1/4 c. sliced La Choy fancy water chestnuts

Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and seasonings. Cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add eggs, stirring frequently until well mixed with other ingredients; add rice and cook until golden color. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve at once.

Almond, cooked diced pork or crispy fried bacon are all delicious when served in place of shrimp.
