SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
3 chopped green onions
3 c. cold, cooked rice
1/4 lb. cooked baby shrimp
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix eggs and water. Set aside. Heat the oil and add chopped onion. Stir fry 30 seconds. Add egg; scramble. Stir in the cold, cooked rice, shrimp and soy sauce. Cook, stirring until heated through. 6 servings.
