HAM & CHEESE FONDUE 
3 c. cubed French bread or other bread
3 c. cubed ham steak, already cooked
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard (like Coleman's)
1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs
3 c. milk
Drops of Tabasco
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Sauce

Grease 2 quart casserole. Layer bread, ham, cheese. Mix flour and mustard. Sprinkle over cheese. Mix eggs, milk, Tabasco, Lea and Perrins. Pour over layers. Drizzle butter on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
