TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 can western-style beans
4 green onions
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Catalina dressing
Taco chips

Break up lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice tomatoes. Combine all ingredients, saving a little tomato and cheese for garnish. If the salad is to be eaten right away, combine the taco chips into it. If not, serve the salad with chips under or over it.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:

Avocado or guacamole
Sour cream or Ranch dressing
Salsa
Kidney beans
Marinated artichokes
Olives, chopped
