FRUITED RICE 
1 c. converted rice
1 c. orange juice
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. A1 steak sauce
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1/4 c. slivered almonds

In medium saucepan, combine rice, orange juice, water, salt, A-1 and raisins. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Mix in almonds. Serve with nanakuli chicken. Serves 6.
