EASY MEXICALI DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 oz. (3 c.) med. noodles, cooked and drained
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. ripe sliced olives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook meat and onion in large skillet until onion is tender; drain off fat. Stir in noodles, tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, olives and seasonings. Turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
