Followed the instructions to the T other than i cooked mine for only 6 hours and ended up with an absolutely perfect delicious roast. I added a bit of corn starch to the dripping and made a thin gravy like sauce with the help of some seasoning salt and black pepper. I would also like to thank whoever wrote this for helping me make a great meal for my girlfriend and I.

AMAZING!! This was so easy and so delicious!! I used a large boneless chuck roast, 2 cans of mushroom soup and one whole package of onion soup mix. I did add (1) teaspoon of dried tarragon and 3 dry bay leaves. Baked at 275°F degrees for almost 7 hours. I tested it and it was done perfectly, not over done, very tender. It is a must try!! Enjoy!
