MUSHROOM - RICE HOTDISH 
2 c. Minute Rice
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom pieces
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, minced
Soy sauce
Dry chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger with onions. Drain. Add rice and equal amounts of water, mushrooms, and soy sauce to taste. Simmer until rice is tender. Serve over dry chow mein noodles. Sprinkle on soy sauce to your preference.
