WILD RICE HOTDISH 
2 c. cooked turkey, diced
Saute in oil: 1 c. diced celery 1 sm. onion 3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water or turkey broth
2/3 c. wild rice, well cleaned
1 tbsp. brown gravy sauce or 1 bouillon cube added to soup or broth

Mix well and bake in large casserole 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Serves lots.
