WILD RICE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. half and half or milk
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice and brown rice mixed
1 c. cubed chicken
1 c. cubed turkey
3 c. sauteed or boiled vegetables: carrots, onions, celery, green pepper, etc.
Salt, pepper and parsley

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour to make thick soup. With wire whisk slowly add chicken broth and cream. Keep sauce warm and thick. Add meat, rice and vegetables. Season to taste.

If you prefer it thinner, add more chicken broth and/or milk.
