WILD RICE SOUP 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. beef or chicken base
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. water
1 can French onion soup
1 can chicken broth soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 c. uncooked wild rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Saute onions, celery, and mushrooms with the beef or chicken base in 2 tablespoons butter. Add this to all ingredients except the cream of mushroom soup. Simmer 1 hour. Then add cream of mushroom soup and simmer 30 minutes more.
