CHICKEN AND RICE HOTDISH 
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
5 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. brown rice
1 can cream of chicken soup

Combine all ingredients except soup. Bring to boil. Simmer 50 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in cream of chicken soup. Heat through. Serves 8.
