OLD FASHIONED PEACH KUCHEN 
4 c. peeled and thickly sliced peaches
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. yogurt or milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. sour cream

Toss sliced peaches with lemon juice and set aside. Beat eggs with milk; add remaining ingredients. Beat about 1 minute. Batter will be stiff.

Spread evenly in an 8 1/2 inch glass pan and place peaches on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Then mix all toppings together and pour over top of kuchen. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen.
