PEACH TART 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
Peaches, peeled and cut in half (approximately 5-6 peaches)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. yogurt or sour cream

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until fairly fine (use your fingers). Put dough into a 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Press dough on bottom and sides. Place peeled and halved peaches (cut side up) on crust. Put 3/4 cup sugar and little cinnamon top. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven. Remove.

Beat two eggs - add 1 cup yogurt or sour cream and mix together. Pour on top of peach tart. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 more minutes. Cool.
