CHILLED FRESH PEACH SOUP 
5 large ripe peaches, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

Puree peaches with sugar in food processor. Blend in yogurt, orange juice and lemon juice. Pour into a bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Garnish if desired with thin slices of fresh peaches or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh peaches in the middle with a mint leaf.
