FRESH PEACH PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Pinch of salt
1 unbaked pie shell
5 or 6 sliced fresh peaches

Fill pie shell with sliced, fresh peaches. Mix sugar, eggs, and salt together. Pour egg mixture over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees until peaches are done and custard is set in center, about 40 to 45 minutes.

Followed recipe, but added a pinch of nutmeg and blotted peaches with a paper towel before placing in frozen store- bought pie crust. Placed on a pre-heated cookie sheet, figured it would bubble over which it did, slightly. Turned out perfectly, the middle was set, custard firm not runny, everyone loved it. And easy to prepare.

You need to adjust the eggs/sugar based on how full the pie is with peaches. I had four peaches and ended up adding 4 additional eggs and 1/4 cup sugar with a splash of vanilla. This is a great different peach pie. It lets the peaches shine.
