FRESH PEACH PIE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. cold water 6 tbsp. cornstarch 1 sm. pkg. peach Jello 2 pt. fresh peaches 1 lg. Cool Whip 2 9" baked pie shells Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and Jello in a pan. Bring to a boil and cook until thick and clear. Cool. Line cooled pie shell with fresh peaches. Pour mixture over peaches in shells. Refrigerate until set. Top with Cool Whip. Makes 2 pies. |
