CRAB ROLLS 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 to 3/4 lb. butter
20 slices white bread
2 c. sesame seeds
1 to 2 (7-8 oz.) cans crab meat

Melt 1/2 pound of butter and cheese in a double boiler. Cool and add crab and stir until smooth and mixture cools and is spreadable. Remove crusts from white bread, roll each slice with a rolling pin to flatten. Spread filling on one side and roll up. Dip in remaining melted butter and sesame seeds. Place seam side down in pan. Freeze.

When ready to serve, thaw slightly. Slice each roll into thirds. Broil until light brown. Makes 60.
