SWEET-SOUR MEAT BALLS 
MEAT BALLS (I like them small) :
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 clove minced garlic or powder
1 tbsp. grated ginger (optional)

Mix, make balls, brown on all sides in greased saucepan. Remove to greased casserole.

Brown in pan after meat. Spread over meat balls.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. beef stock or bouillon cube in water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch

In same pan, combine all ingredients before heating. Cook over low heat until clear. Pour over meat balls. Oven bake, covered, for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. On top of stove, simmer for about 30 minutes. Sometimes more water is needed.
