HAWAIIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. saltines, crushed
1/2 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. evaporated milk

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 30 meatballs. Roll into flour. Brown meatballs. Meanwhile prepare Sweet & Sour Sauce. Pour over meatballs. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Sauce: Drain pineapple chunks. Reserve liquid. Measure liquid. Add water to make 1 cup. Add cornstarch until smooth. Stir next 4 ingredients. Cook until thickened and clear. Add green peppers, pineapple and pimento. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
