PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple

Mix ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 sheet cake pan.

Bake at 350°F until done.

Icing:

1 large (8 oz.) block cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (3 oz.)
