PINEAPPLE WALNUT CREAM CHEESE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 can (14 or 15 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained 2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1 tsp. vanilla Dash of salt 1 cube butter 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix well together the first 8 ingredients listed above. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; use this mixture to frost the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. |
