BUCKEYE COOKIE BARS 
1 (18 1/4 or 18 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixer bowl, combine cake mix, oil and egg. Beat until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan. In medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter until smooth. Spread over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 24-36 bars.
