GINGER PORK ROAST | |
1 (3-5 lb.) pork tenderloin roast 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 tbsp. ginger 2 tbsp. honey 1 garlic clove, minced Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate roast 6 hours or overnight. Turn several times. Remove roast to rack in a shallow roasting pan. Use marinade to baste roast while cooking. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put roast in, reduce heat to 325 degrees. Cook 2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. (Also excellent chilled.) |
