JAPANESE FRIED GINGER PORK 
1 lb. thin sliced boneless pork
1 tsp. juice of ginger
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. soy
1/2 tbsp. sugar
Green pepper
Canned corn
1 tsp. salad oil
1 tsp. sugar
Pepper
Salt

1. Season pork with juice of ginger, soy (1 tablespoon) and sake for 20 minutes.

2. Heat the pan and put in the salad oil. Fry the pork one slice by one slice and save in another plate. After finishing off, return these pork into the pan once again. Add sugar, soy (1/2 tablespoon) and grated ginger and mix lightly. So finish.
