SHOGA-YAKI (GINGER PORK) 
7 oz. sliced pork
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sake
1 tsp. mirin (sweet wine)
1 tbsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients except pork to make sauce. Coat pork with sauce and let stand for 15 minutes. Heat oil in skillet, and stir-fry meat with sauce.

Serve with rice.
