ANNIE GLENN'S HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ham, ground
1/2 lb. fresh ham, ground
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix ham, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and pepper. Form into loaf shape. Melt sugar in water, add vinegar and mustard. Pour 3/4 dressing over loaf. Baste frequently with sauce during baking, if necessary.

Serves 4-6.
