HAM LOAF OR BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork (fresh)
1 c. milk
2 c. bread crumbs (fine)
2 eggs

Combine and mix above ingredients. Shape into loaves or balls.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Stir and boil 5 minutes. Baste loaves with sauce every 20 minutes. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.

Double batch makes 64 balls.
